playing .avi files with core player

i downloaded the simpsons series and when i tried to play it using core player, i only get a black screen, although i still get the audio. anyone knows why?

What coreplayer version are u using? Make sure its 1.2.5 and above as those versions before do not work with windows mobile 6.1

is the black screen occur with all video or certain videofiles ? perhaps the codec are not compatible with the videofiles

wanna ask..i asked my dad's friend who will be going to taiwan to get me a TD. I suppose it will be cheaper there..how about warranty issues? should i be worried? also, can i register my td if i bought it from taiwan and get regular rom updates? thanks

Launch Advanced Config. Go to Phone->Show SIM Contacts. Change from Yes to No.

warranty would not be covered by sis malaysia..any issue send back to taiwan..

rom upgrade/updates should not be an issue..but if u want to claim for warranty sis malaysia that would be a no no..since sis does not have any international warranty..
