i believe e-gps is automatic? when u're trying to locate of sat signals, it also uses your GSM to get a better, faster, and stronger fix. not data, as in 3G or internet. but your GSM itself

fudge la..after hard reset also..i still can't play my teeter...nothing happened when i click on the icon...sigh!!

perhaps the game cab itself is corrupted. Go to SIS and get your warranty.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (regarding black icons): It appears that the cause of our ugly black icons is not our VGA screen, but Touch Flo 3D itself. Looks like its a bit buggy. So we'll have to wait for a proper rom update regarding it (or perhaps someone can come up with a registry fix). Don't believe me? switch off your Touch Flo 3D, and soft reset your PDA. All icons should turn back to normal. Also, with Touch Flo 3D off, you can expect better battery life, as well as a significant increase in speed for your pda

This is what i did to my pda, switching off the Touch Flo 3D. I've got much improved speeds, the game The Quest, which was so laggy it was unplayable, now zips in my pda, and no more black icons. I love how crisp the today screen looks like on VGA

u mean the mapking? it is supposed to be set normal and recommended to set it low... not sure why but it does help abit..
however if ur fix longer doesnt mean to be faulty.

solution:

Disable Mapking SMS from your startup items. I used memmaid to delete the MapkingR12_SMS.ink from my startup items...u may also use other tools as well as long as it can edit the startup items...hehehe...

After removing that from the startup items list restart your phone...n viola no more grey screen of death...hehehe

wow.. it took me 2 hours to read finish this thread.. i saw you guys all already pro on diamond.. poor guy me.. not even really start using my diamond.. but really thanks on the reveiw and feedback on the usage of diamond.. at least i also know the known issues and waiting for the update rom, hopefully will come out asap.. need to go sleep le..
