What Should I do after Bank loan settled?, Any other procedure with layer/bank?

Hi,
I just settle my housing loan from bank using my EPF, the bank statement is already 0.00 and they have refund the balance to me as well. My question is, is there any other procedure left? So far neither the bank nor my S&P lawyer nor loan lawyer contact me.  Please advice.Thank you in advance for your help~!!   |

Your have to appoint a lawyer to do a Redeem & Reassignment (R&R), in order to remove the Bank's name from your house's land title. In other words, to make the property 100% belongs to you.
You may approach the Bank for their panel lawyers. Recommended to use their panel lawyers for faster processing. Will cost you a few hundred bucks. Congrat !!   |

Anyway like flyingfox18 mention, just get a lawyer or your bank lawyer to get it done.. |
