Hi all, I m working in a marine consultancy firm in PJ. Recently, we are tasked to study the feasibility of Tuna Aquaculture Project in Malaysian waters. This venture involves catching tuna (yellowfin) in the ocean by purse
seine boat and tow it back to the mooring cages 1 or 2 n.m from shore. However, the specific sites and size of the farm has not been selected. Prior to that, we need a comprehensive understanding of the financial institutions framework or funding that can make this happen.
Can anyone advice me on the guidelines of the relevant program the Biotech Corp have in providing capital/loans in the subject matter?What are the requirements and the procedures involved in such scheme?
