I would to buy some stamp collection for my dad's hobby, preferable those first day cover before 1999 or some nice collection type, not those mix up to nowhere.

How about if I buy for rm15 per cover? Of course i dunno the actual price, pos ekspress cost rm4, so you still can earn some LOL or COD in KL
