Calling wow 1800 number, Bro lost his account password

Hi,
I hope you can give me some pointers here. My bro lost his wow account password. Its been a year since he last played. I've been trying to call their number 1-800-041-378 But i just can't get through. Anyone can tell me how to dial them up? |

You'll hear a voice machine stating that this won't be a toll free call outside US. Just stay on hyold and you'll reach Blizzard customer service desk. |
