High ping definitely affects my performance in PvP. Even when my ping was about 400ms tops. Counter Spelling a 1.5s cast is very hard if the caster has spell pushback resistance like Priests, Pally and Shaman.

I'm still hoping for a real Oceanic server. Good thing Warhammer's gonna have it. Hope its good, or I'll be stucking with high ping again
