QUOTE(megatron007 @ Mar 24 2009, 08:12 PM) i am using PS3 for BD but i did not calibrate it, i just go to AVS forum and copy 1 and use Added on March 25, 2009, 3:26 pm QUOTE(anfieldude @ Mar 25 2009, 10:09 AM) The problem is for projectors, the screen that u use makes sharing of settings different. Each screen has its own gain. Setting brightness and contrast correctly is key before adjusting grayscale. I shd get around to calibrating a projector soon. But I'm not sure if he is using a PS3 or a HTPC. Will update once I get they chance to calibrate a HD65. you mean helping mys_terious rite?me using PS3 for BD, and HTPC for mkv files.... er....from what i was told, 3D tech got 2 types
1) utilized different frame rates for both eyes. Used in most if not all 3d flat panel TV. Only got very little movies in the market since most company dont use this tech. 2) use color reproduction or something blah blah. Used in projector. better coz most film company use this tech to produce movies somemore he say mine already 3D ready, since the cable is ready (1.4). all i need is just a 3D BD disc All my info above is based on what i was told. so it might be wrong so dont flame me ya |

i think so too...coz i google it when he tell me
but then i ask him, mine one old one wo, bought 1 year ++ ago wo. and he say no prob :S sigh. btw, tested some 3D movies at his place, it's epic fail imo. so won't be bother to get 1 3D disc to try and play besides, since my PC using ATI cards, can't play 3D movies too even if i download pirated one :S |
