Last time every year have one...

also dividend payment would be less thanks to bigger pool of shares....
but DRP have 15 percent discount right?

Door gift will be provided to shareholders/proxies in the following manner: (a) (b) © (d) (e) One (1) door gift for one (1) shareholder.

For a shareholder who has been appointed as a proxy by another shareholder, he/she is only entitled to one (1) door gift.
For a shareholder who appoints more than one (1) proxy, door gift will only be provided to the first two (2) proxies stated in the Proxy Form.

If a proxy represents more than one (1) shareholder, he/she is entitled to one (1) door gift only.

If the proxy/proxies has/have collected the door gift earlier, shareholder(s) who decided to attend and request to revoke the proxy appointment will not be given any door gift.
But what is the door gift?
