In the 2021 and 2020 Maybank virtual AGM, the door gift was AEON CO. (M) BHD gift vouchers worth RM 50.


Many people complained that they do not have a Maybank savings account or e-banking due to old age, and they also do not have a MAE e-wallet account.

**Usage**

Can be used in place of equivalent cash value to buy merchandise at any Lotus's stores in Malaysia.

**Exchange & Refund**

Non-exchangeable nor refundable (not returnable for cash or new voucher).

**Redemption**

If the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference must be paid by the bearer.

If the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the voucher, the difference will not be refunded to the bearer.

Can be used together with cash (legal tender) or credit/debit card.

**Validity & Extension**

No extension provided.

Each voucher is valid for one redemption/one transaction only and must be surrendered at the time of purchase.

**Loss or Damage**

Lotus's will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged, or lost vouchers.

**Exclusions**

Door gift will be provided to shareholders/proxies in the following manner: (a) (b) © (d) (e) One (1) door gift for one (1) shareholder.

For a shareholder who has been appointed as a proxy by another shareholder, he/she is only entitled to one (1) door gift.


For a shareholder who appoints more than one (1) proxy, door gift will only be provided to the first two (2) proxies stated in the Proxy Form.

If a proxy represents more than one (1) shareholder, he/she is entitled to one (1) door gift only.

If the proxy/proxies has/have collected the door gift earlier, shareholder(s) who decided to attend and request to revoke the proxy appointment will not be given any door gift.
