i'm confused rclxub.gif FM said 80+bil was spent on moratorium and at the same time bank profits down due to moratorium. where has the money gone?

Corporate actions would come up between the book close date where the company determines who is entitled and the deadline - as the book close date is the 18th of December, check back after that and it should be there.
