Hmm how about rhb? I know this thread is for mbb shares but just wondering about other banks since rhb will be issuing dividend soon. And as everyone is still wondering about the q2 results of the banks...

I went on negative 20k during start of MCO. now its down negative 2k excluding dividends. 

Is that good or what?

Looking to buy Maybank on the way down. Anyone knows what other factors could drive the price down beside the usual (OPR cut, COVID etc..)? For example increasing loan default, consumers moving to other banks, etc..

Never considered this. What is considered a low dividend for Maybank? Given Maybank's position will they ever not pay a dividend?

Now on 17% paper loss . but if after consider dividends, now on 8.5% paper loss

When the bull breaks it's back on S&P500/KLCI + glove shenanigans blow over, MB with a relatively low beta is gonna plummet alongside with the market

Guys, how do the dividend works? Wanted to move my fd into maybank stock to earn the dividend. Do the dividend given 1 year after purchase the stock? Or follow the dividend annoucement from maybank in klse ?
