Sometime after book closing rakuten will send you an email notifying you about the corporate exercise. There's a section in the 'Corporate Action Subscription" page to fill in no. of shares, click enter and let them settle. The shares will appear in your portfolio when they are listed and available for trading

Check back around month end, should be available by then. Rakuten will send an email notifying you about it, can check the webpage again after receiving the email

Haiya, dont remind us of 2009. This year niama no drop. If drop like 08-09, then all of us can happy happy and collect just to live based on dividend only for the rest of our life.

What can be the good value BIMB can bring to shareholder in the long term?

I dont know much about the restructuring value, but it think it triggered the rally today.

I saw on I3, someone commenting on getting 1 free takaful share with 4 bimb shares - I myself have 0 idea about this.

The only reason I have BIMB is because its PB and PE are lower than MBB with similar ROE. To me, i think it is a better value version of MBB. The reason that it is trading at a much better valuation might due to the branding value; BIMB doesnt have brand value of MBB. MBB brand value is 2nd in malaysia after PETRONAS.

But regarding the restructuring, I tak tau. I asked my remisier, she just replied with we will explain further when we call customers
