QUOTE(batman1172 @ Apr 25 2023, 01:39 PM) Should I put 10k monthly into only Maybank or split it up to MBB, CIMB, RHB in equal percentage just in case one of them bankrup. Bankrupt? You read too much in US bank run news.I'm not good at predicting share price. Only know they all make profit and all pay about 5% dividend. better than FD. Bank in MY is most protected. I would rather all into MBB. MBB is average 6% div. |

Have you guys receive the dividen payout? I not that familiar with the local div payout.
I see the date from the website, Declare is on 28/2, ex date is 13/3 and payout is 26/3. So the trade acc should already have the div in it ? |

QUOTE(Davidtcf @ Apr 1 2024, 11:38 PM) PBB using ancient system with old people all at the top of management. How are they going to compete with banks that use newer technology such as website? Mobile apps etc? They are slow implement thing. Don't believe me just try use their bank portal app, try buy PBB mutual fund, borrow loan with them and see how inconvenient they are. If they don't evolve and improve competition will only gobble them up. It's the reality. My friend work in PBB. She said like foreign currency acc, PBB is the last bank introduced it. She also question the slow PBB management even many customer looking for it. |
