wait, 1 lot means 1000 shares or 100 shares?

I think it's 100 shares but other ppl may think differently.
*
Old school people still thinks 1lot=1000shares 😂

So it's not our fault...
Standard is 100share now 🙏

Just wondering, since they did not give divi for interim,

assume market recovers by final dividend, will they compensate the full year divi amount?

I know its a hypothetical question, but theoretically they would right?
*
Don't think there's written agreement saying if failed to give quarterly dividend. Then can c/wrd to next qtr or end of the year/final dividend....

If u can. Find the agreement..
Please do share...

As long as they are giving within their guidance of 40 to 60% pay-out  if their earnings.
*
Yup.
Around that range..
So even skip for certain Qtr..
Total can fullfil the overall payout.. then it's non issues 🙏
So if calculate from total previous dividend of the financial year.. Already hit 40% or not? 🤔

Probably need to pay for ASB dividend year end...
That's why maximum milking the banks $$$ in form of dividend 😁

Watch out other companies which ASB is major shareholders...

Hi all, if I wanna buy Maybank Share, should I enter now or after ex-date.
today close at 8.80 ..means the price is RM 8.5 after exdate. because the div is 30 cent. The price may go up to RM 9.10 right?
*
Depending on situation...

Could drop even lower too 😏
Can buy even cheaper 😁
