I'm eyeing this stock as well.  shocking.gif Share price is quite a discount compared to what it was a few years ago. No dividend this year nvm. Janji dividend come back next year.

So should I buy now, or wait until the mora over and see if their expected provisioning is as bad as it is or not?
*
It has to be cheap compared to its current / future earnings, not past share prices.

I guess everybody in profit?

I buy back today at 8.22.  2nd round,  tongue.gif
*
buy back at 8.22?? Why?

I think should wait for a pullback. We don't know if the next dividend will be cancelled or not, and EPF also have to cash out due to massive EPF withdrawals. I'd wait.

Let's say you bought 2,000 shares of company ABC at $5 apiece on Monday, which is known as T+0. That is a paper cost of $10,000. By Thursday - three days after Monday or T+3 - you would have to sell those 2,000 shares.

Assume you sold them at $5.30 by T+3. That is a total of $10,600 giving you a profit of $600 before fees and charges.

You also do not need to stump up cash of $10,000 to pay for the shares.

However, if you sold the 2,000 shares at $4.80, you would have to pay for the losses as your selling price is lower than the purchase price. So your loss before brokerage fees in this case is $400 ($10,000 - $9,600).

Hope this is not spam, just trying to share some knowledge on contra trading. The fees is almost the same as cash upfront. Different from margin trading which is like borrowing money on interest
*
are you allowed to do this if you've a cash upfront account instead of a margin trading account?
