1 week passed. He is able to sms others about who haven get thgs from him ...can sms him ... mean he can pick some heavy items and COD. But thn the money seem too heavy for him ...

Sms-ed him few times but nvr reply ... i worry he will just return those the pc thgs to owner and forever quit here .

Omg... serious? You guys are going to lodge a report against him? Common guys. We just need to confirm everything with him. Look, we just need someone to go round his house to check on him. Does anyone live in Penang? Please everyone, help on this matter to resolve it ASAP. Just group people from Penang to go together to his house and just settle this with him. Just to make sure that he's on Holiday or not. Once we find out that he's actually not at home and not bothered to settle these problems.. only then we should lodge a report to the police station. Bomb has refunded me last night. The only extra info he told me is he already refunded some others too, yet he said some those that gotten their refund didn't tell us here. That is all, no other info that I can help with.

Oh okays. That is really good news. Can you ask him if he could provide the names of people he refunded already. That way we can remove those names from the list. If you can reach him... please inform him about the others that he hasn't refunded... and get in contact with the people to inform them.

He doesn't reveal any more info than what I've told you guys here, not even the reason why the bulk is such a mess. Anyway here's what happen to me in this case:

Few weeks ago I sms him for refund, but there is no reply.
After one or two days if I'm not mistaken, I sms him one more time saying that if he has problem he can meet some of us and discuss it, yet no reply too.

I actually almost lost hope on the refund, until last Thursday he suddenly sms me asking my acc. no and stuff. So I give him the details and after few hours I've gotten my refund. He sms me asking to confirm I've recieved the money and he also told me that some people already got their refund but do not tell people here and he ask me to tell people here I've gotten the refund. That's all no more no less.

My case is pretty much similar with one guy here that been refunded earlier. You can check this thread few pages back for his story.

I've dealt with bombman quite a few times already, and there was once when i bought LEDs from him and some wasn't working.. smsed him and the new LEDs arrived the next morning. Wonder what happened here.

This really not a good news ...
so far he just refund small amount ... how about those large amount ? How long he need to take to refund ?

I will still suggest lodge in a report ....

I am almost the 1st who suspect his credibility and nvr get any refund from him ... non of 100 or 1000 .

1 week is slow 1 month is slow 1 year is slow 10 years also slow ... what slow he mean ? Is it so hard to enlight us here ?

Almost every sat and sun i sms him about this but ...ignored me .

He say that few members got their refund but ...it 2-5 only ... for a 2 month refunding process ...

Okay, atleast you have a valid reason. Can someone from Penang or some guys just please get together and pay a visit to bombmans house. That way atleast someon has met up with him and so on... and ask him to get involved with this thread. Cuz this is really getting out of hand. Please.. guys from Penang. Group together and please pay him a visit on our behalf. I can't go cuz i'm living in Cyberjaya. So that's kinda out of the question lar

Just lodge a police report.
It's easier that way.
FYI, strongbaby's case was 'fastforwarded' after the victims lodge a report. He was arrested for a while btw.

If the deadline set by llllll passes without any progress on bombman's part, I would like to add my statement against 'Mohamed Taufik Bin M' in a police report against him regarding this matter.

I would also like to request that llllll to send bombman a SMS regarding our intentions stating the deadline very clearly and the outcome should he choose to further ignore this matter.

We have given him more than ample amount of time and I regret this is going to turn sour.

I say those who wants to lodge, can just proceed with their lodging of report in particularly for those which have been waited for 1 years.

Total amount involved: RM9k+ not included other forummers(refer post 1).

It's been more than 1 month plus since he is out of "hospital" but yet, he still giving you guys runarounds
Logically from my POV, he's just delaying time@buying time

1. He claim that he own a big major nasi kandar chain yet he is unable to refund this "tiny" amount? BS i believe
2. Who cares of his min sales? SB also have ~RM1million sales before the mass dispute against him
3. Why need to be so secretive? If they owe him, why he scared to reveal? Afterall, it's his money right? What principles he's talking about? Buying time@ delay time principles I reckon
4. Who cares about his customer? We are talking about your money here..


Still who cares about those who have received or not? SB also done the same previously, sent some(trying to mask) but in the end fail, thus the mass lodging of dispute against him with police report

1. SB also did not off his HP as far as I can remember
2. SB also did it in timely methods (1 year plus to gain trust)
3. Close thread, AFAIK, SB thread was closed by the moderating team iirc
3.5 SB did that i think on few members(but in the end, it doesn't even matter ain't)
4. SB details was dig out and shared by members who have purchased by him, so this is crap
