Aiya he said tentatively refund .... duno which he mean.
We juz discuss action in private forum enough . . . wait durian fall i think next year still 0 of it.
Now 4th week already still see nth.

No one to grab it for me. I already mentioned if someone can grab,I dont mind to pay the ticket fees. Anyone can help?

I am aware it is becoming a free asset. I cant do anything unless ppl in West Malaysia can help. Im in East Malaysia.

For those who involved, I already sent my last sms to bombman. If he doesnt reply me , I'll just go police station in JB and lodge in a report. I urge everyone take ur time to do that so. My report time will be Friday , 25 Oct 2008 2pm if nth happen.

Duo next time please help me mention my computer? Ask him why he needs time to get money and he also needs time to get my computer? Maybe find it in his big shop? Very hard to find is it my computer?

My conclusion is ... endless months. Report police and let him eat some nasi kari also good. If i FD in bank also got 3.75% but get nth wait for his refund. Also , he didnt reply about ur pc.I guess it turn into free asset, or he pawn it to pay debts ?

I think he pawn it to sell assets too. Can't believe my priority not even high,my assets also sell. I will be one of the first ones to lodge a report. Need help from mod with details and such. Thanks.

it's hard enough just to get him to reply to a PM, much less actually refund $$. the replies are RARE & the refunds evem RARER

Oh well... i tried to keep myself occupied by keeping myself busy with Uni. Apparently no matter what i do. I still end up coming to this thread and wondering what's going to happen. I manage to contact him over and over again regarding the refund... he just keeps saying that he'll bank in but nothing ever happens. He told me something about banking in money to motaro. Well, if there is a forumer by that name... please confirm that he banked in money to you mates. I need to know if he is telling the truth. Can anyone from penang pay a visit to his shop... jus to see what is going on. I really want to know if it is true that he is handling some new business apart from his current one. Just wanna get the facts straight....

Look at this:-

motaro amount is just RM50 and it's taking a DAMN long time for him to even refund small amount to people that he owed. So when does the large amount refund will be made? Those who are in hundreds or thousands?

He also said that he still owe shipping company. So unless you guys take action now, it's gonna end up nothing. Bash me if you wants, but this dispute is moving no where with all the sweet words that he gave and small refund, tiny bits on few week/few months once.

So basically it says, GG. I'm done with you guys.

1. Either you accept it as a bad debts
2. No!! Money gone...
3. Lodge police report and let them investigate whatever stuff they need. This including if bombman did report his case to police for "his friend con him". Until then, this is going nowhere.
