He doesn't reveal any more info than what I've told you guys here, not even the reason why the bulk is such a mess. Anyway here's what happen to me in this case:

Few weeks ago I sms him for refund, but there is no reply.
After one or two days if I'm not mistaken, I sms him one more time saying that if he has problem he can meet some of us and discuss it, yet no reply too.

I actually almost lost hope on the refund, until last Thursday he suddenly sms me asking my acc. no and stuff. So I give him the details and after few hours I've gotten my refund. He sms me asking to confirm I've recieved the money and he also told me that some people already got their refund but do not tell people here and he ask me to tell people here I've gotten the refund. That's all no more no less.

My case is pretty much similar with one guy here that been refunded earlier. You can check this thread few pages back for his story.

If the deadline set by llllll passes without any progress on bombman's part, I would like to add my statement against 'Mohamed Taufik Bin M' in a police report against him regarding this matter. 

I would also like to request that llllll to send bombman a SMS regarding our intentions stating the deadline very clearly and the outcome should he choose to further ignore this matter.

We have given him more than ample amount of time and I regret this is going to turn sour.

I say those who wants to lodge, can just proceed with their lodging of report in particularly for those which have been waited for 1 years.

Total amount involved: RM9k+ not included other forummers(refer post 1).

Logically from my POV, he's just delaying time@buying time
1. He claim that he own a big major nasi kandar chain yet he is unable to refund this "tiny" amount? BS i believe
2. Who cares of his min sales? SB also have ~RM1million sales before the mass dispute against him
3. Why need to be so secretive? If they owe him, why he scared to reveal? Afterall, it's his money right? What principles he's talking about? Buying time@ delay time principles I reckon
4. Who cares about his customer? We are talking about your money here..
Still who cares about those who have received or not? SB also done the same previously, sent some(trying to mask) but in the end fail, thus the mass lodging of dispute against him with police report
1. SB also did not off his HP as far as I can remember
2. SB also did it in timely methods (1 year plus to gain trust)
3. Close thread, AFAIK, SB thread was closed by the moderating team iirc
3.5 SB did that i think on few members(but in the end, it doesn't even matter ain't)
4. SB details was dig out and shared by members who have purchased by him, so this is crap
5. SB also did the same, didn't he? Ask the one who involved in the dispute

From what I see, his reply is not satisfactory at all. If he needs to taste the curry rice before he able to refund, why don't you guys help him? Afterall, his family have a large chain of nasi kandar ain't?

I admit that I dont need a refund from him yet. But the case is my computer,havent received it. He claims he sent it,and asked me whether I got it. I replied him,he says he will check with City-Link. And it has been 2 weeks. I msged him to ask how the tracking went but no reply until now.

If we sms you, will you ever reply, and do the refund in a few days? Sms the details to you and wait for your update? How long? 1 year again? What influence and power are you trying to emphasize? False claims? Do you mean you never keep any transaction record of the money that we paid? Just login and reply to the PMs of the people that you owe to proof that they are the correct person and verify with a phone call. Is that a hard thing to do? Do you think we're happy to monitor this thread everyday for an update?

almost the same case as me.. i ordered some items from him and then start modding my pc.. then wait and wait and wait the items still not come.. it'll be such a waste to keep my stuff collecting dust so i decided to run my comp "nakedly" while waiting the the items to arrive.. thank god i decided to do that cos it has been 6 months and i still havent receive the items

here is the case, tht day he sms'ed me about the refund, i gave him my cimb bank account along with my full name, but forgot to mention its cimb, sms'ed him days after tht its cimb, checked my account havent get the money... sms him nvr reply... omg... can him so silly untill transfer to other account without comfirming full name... ??? sent few sms to him since saturday as its already one week....
