I've tried many methods in the past in regards of dieting and exercising but so far my weight flip-flopped most of the time. I could lose weight easily but I gain those weight back and more easily too in a short period of time.
Some additional details about me.
Age: 27
Weight: 105kgs
Height: 175cm
Goal: Any realistic targets I should set for this at this juncture? My target should be in the 80s but I'm not sure if I could really make it.
Reasons: Confidence boost, the desire to live a healthy lifestyle(I have quitted smoking), the desire to change to a different person, to hit my target.
Additional questions:
1.) I have an exercise bike at home, what's the routine that I should set? Will this enough to work for me?
2.) I'm working shift work, would this affect my routine or plans to keep fit?
3.) What's the best diet plan for me? Should I macro manage the food intake and how?
