Hi everyone,

Want to ask, is PSP 2k production already stop? Cos when I went to some shops to buy ceramic white PSP, they said that it is out of stock cos Sony didn't produce new one. Only some few color left.

On the other hand, I went to different shops, some still claim that their PSP is da new one. I'm afraid that it is just a recon set instead of new one.

Hope can get confirmation about the psp 2k production from our LYN members.

price in sony authorised dealer (eg denki electrical shop,sen q...) n sony style are fixed. is rm 799 + 1 free game nia + mystery gift like psp hand strap or R U original t-shirt.
other video game shop will set the price according the season sometime lowered than sony original de , sometime higher than sony ori de

currently SONY produced the 3000 a.k.a the soon coming PSP3

PSP3000 already produced,the new 1 in developed called PSP2

psp price in singapore is now SGD400 and above

erm discussing hacked fw is not allowed here
but do google on this phrase "psp3000 MaTiAz"
an eye opener for all developer out there

psp 2k (left black colour, silver) RM 950 above

psp 3k (all colour available) RM 799 (normal price)

why is the 2k version so expensive..??

when sony stop's the psp2000 production, it doesnt mean that psp2000 at shops is recon.it's just an old stock. well, get it while it still available.can u imagine how much psp's they produced and psp3000 just released..of course there's still stock for psp2000.

recon set very easy to recognize,

psp machine there got serial number sticker,
just check the serial number is that same with the box, and also inside the battery cover serial number,

if all 3 serial number match, then definitely is original set,

some shop is definitely selling recon set, cause is cheap, but beware, cause.. really not worth to buy a RECON psp set, useless "

Did a survey on sg.wang tdy. Price ranging from rm980-1.1k for whole set. End up didn't buying anything . Any1 know any shop at KL area that sells *AHEM* psp 2k set for around rm900? Cause my budget around there ><

PS. One of the shop says some1 had manage to mod/hack psp 3k. But its not out yet & the price shall be confirmed after CNY. Anybody have some info about this? Thanks.
