i'll try my best. based on the dimensions (width n height, dunno about the thickness of the speakers) i think it'll fit in. maybe a tight fit, but i can try.

that was just a sneak peek shot, havent spray clear yet. placed some button stickers.

i've already gutted the whole psp down to the latches for the umd door. so everything was taken apart for the painting. the umd module was kinda hard to take apart since the screws are fitted with rubber dampers. but all in all, managed to strip it off naked. but the umd ribbon is broken already, so i took out the umd and didnt put it back last night when i reassembled them. only god knows how relieved i was when it turned on. lol
and yea, i've seen the backplate and the part thats holding the mobo on it. i think i can manage a brace for the mobo to sit on after cutting some of the backplate.
without the umd module, the space there is somewhat large. you can even see the metal base of the screen through it.

and about the speaker too, yea i think i gotta do some more research. im still blur about where to solder the terminals.
and, yes, i know the speaker's built in amp is inside the circuitry. of course its in the circuit. how the hell they gonna put an amp in the speaker. and yeah, i know the mps 70 already got a built in amp considering its just using a cellphone to generate sound, beautiful sound. without an amp, that wouldnt be possible.
common sense actually.

depends where ur from. if ur from kl, just go to lowyat. all shops sell the same psp, just different offers and freebies and prices.
make sure you check the prices at all the shops. some sells like RM999, some just RM850 something2.

upgraded to 4.01 M33-2 based on guide. or else, i can never do it. haha dont know much about the firmware and homebrew n stuff.

shit i cant turn on my psp. i took it apart to look for spaces for the amp. and it wont start now.

you can try asking AllnGap for the parts. he is a very reliable trader. sells all sorts of psp parts.

i think i've ordered the wrong leds. haha. only 1 lit up, and that only one was smoking.
so instead, i took the whole system apart n just wire them to the sound terminals.
now works like a charm.

haha, mine's nothing compared to wetfusion's. he even got an amp for it, 16 gig internal memory. try looking back efw pages, got video of his psp in action. mine just simple wiring laa. can be done by 16 year old easily. try la. if u open, n put it back in order, nothing will go wrong. just, dont get distracted when you dismantle or assemble it la. learned that the hard way. definitely will never ever meddle with it while on the phone again.

haha, its cool wetfusion. even if i put on the switch, i'll turn them on 24-7 edy. plus, the amp literally sucks the battery power from the battery for the sake of the LEDs. so basically, mine is less power consuming since only got only 2 LEDs and it only activates with sound signals. the amp ones activates as long as its on, and reacts to sound. this one activates with sound. so if i mute it or plug in my headphones, will not lit up.
and, yeah, im gonna use the amp too, but later. need to buy single core kynars first. mine is multicore. T_T damn la. my fault forgot to check.

good job on the internal mem card eh. you really got a way with electronics. haha

its okay la. nothing to be sked about. just find some broken electronic (radio, digimon, whatever la ) and practice on it. when you kinda got the hang of it, go for the real thing.

yeah i mean, RM600 but original mem stick is somewhat 'interesting'.
and if he doesnt keep the mem stick's packaging anymore and you dont have another mem stick to compare, check it. press /\ anytime in the XMB (the main menu where you can choose music, games, video and all) and press O. if the MagicGate^TM is registered as "unknown" then its a fake mem stick.

yeah, usually shop will con. they say this broken, that broken. need to test each one with multimeter n shit.
if the screen only got stain on the surface, just open n wipe it off. but if its inside the lcd, then buy a new one n replace it. can even do it yourself. the insides are pretty solid. no need to worry about tidbits falling off.

but are u sure the coffee had leaked into it?. how bad is the damage u agak2?
