I finnish reading what jhcj post. Ya, he do have point, how can you implement something that can effect a whole country which duration of time you think about it is somewhere less then a week.

It like when you want to marry, you just meet a girl today, 2 day later think want to marry her or not, then on the 5th day you get marry already. And most of this type of marridge will end up in divorce.

So the chances of such sudden change in law, will have a higher chances of producing a bad outcome then good one. But we will just have to see and time will show us everything.

My budget? Hmm, my budget will follow what the model kit price is, lol. I just want to know got what up for sell at cheap cheap price. I still remember last time F91 for 60++ right? Hopefully this time got something also offer at good price. Hopefuly it a OYW MS. Like a Zaku II or RX 78 from those time. But if Unicorn or any other Gundam sell at lower price and after calculating postage price still cheaper then seller in this forum, then I would most probaly get it, lol.
