you tried shaking hands with those politicians before ? try it in a crowd and watch their facial expressions I'm not too worried about mine, I'm in the same boat as you . As for exams , sometimes the paper can be soaked through and when u lift it up... koyak  I fix that by placing another folded sheet of paper below d hand i'm writing 1st tho My palms dont really bother me, so never considered getting them "fixed". (As long as I'm still able to get through the thumb print scanner at airports  )
