I am looking forward to purchase a unit of condo / house around Seri Petaling area. I have no idea on which condo / house to purchase, my budget for condo is less than RM200K, house less than RM300K. Any recommendation and feedback on the location and unit? My friend has recommended me Endah Regal condo.

The reason I choose Seri Petaling because of access road, there is a lot of access road available and the location situated quite central interm of distance from cheras, seri kembangan, puchong, subang, petaling jaya.

I am appreciate it if you can provide some feedback. Any site / forum on property to recommend?

sri petaling condo prices seem to be going lower

how much are the double storey houses in Sri Petaling ? sure 300K can get ?

Sri Petaling, eventho is near to a lot of access areas, seem to face endless jam.

That area does have a lot of cheap condos tho

I don't know the Seri Petaling area too well but if U go just a little further, RM300k should be sufficient to get u a landed property @ Bandar Sg Long [i did some research in that area there hence am familiar only with that real estate on this side of the town ur looking at]

The DSL at Seri Petaling started off at RM150k+, now they are over RM300k.

By % point, the houses at Seri Petaling is almost at the top of the appreciation list.

Er what about considering developments at Puchong/Bukit Jalil?

I have a unit at Petaling Indah Condo sells for Rm138,000,888sqf,facing the pool,3 rooms 2 bathrooms...good condition..you just need to repaint and you can move it..
