Hello, Last week i visit property showcase at PWTC. This Meranti Condo just located behind Batu Caves and nearby have KTM where will complete 2009. It seem is very good location and just 10 mins to KL city. Then prices are quite cheap and reasonable , just from RM 135K for 926ft2. Please advise me whether it is good for investment? Anyone can advise me what is average rental at that area for condo facility? Because i want also check the rental yield.

TS, perhaps u would get a better response if u could at least state the name of the condo's or apartments within the vicinity.

this is the first time i read 'batu caves' and '10 minutes to kl city' anywhere, isn't it a bit exaggerated? even a bullet train can't get you to kl city that fast, let alone any other transportations available here.

do you mind providing more details on the development, ie how many rooms/bathrooms, density, types of facilities, maintenance fee, f/h or l/h, etc, and yeah, like pai mentioned, what other condos and apts around the area. i think more people can offer their opinions if they don't have to go through the hassle and research all necessary infos just to provide you with an answer. at least give us some useful infos.

Is Leasehold. As i know the website is www.impianaland.com . This weekend I will go to site do a some survey about surrounding property and location wise also.
