do you exercise regularly??? if you don't, you need to condition your body 1st in order not to over stress your body
i suggest that you start by jogging/cycling or any form of exercise that gives you a workout at least 30 minutes a day (minimum), 3 times a week (minimum) with proper warming up & cooling down..in the attachment r some of the suggested form of exercise from the Youth & Sports Ministry...remember to do not over stress your body & gradually increase the intensity of your workout, this goes the same for your workout in the gym
