Hi guys, i'm heading towards low carbs high fats diet plan.
My main objective would be burn fat, been putting weight a lot, time to loss them all.. can any of you share your daily diet plan? |

Ya mean low carbs as in below 30g of carbs a day? Thats already in a realm of ketosis. Why would you choose such a diet? Maybe you could opt for a med carbs ( Pre + Post ) diet?
