CIMB Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of the Company wishes to announce that the Company have requested for the suspension in the trading of their securities on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 August 2011 to 5.00 p.m. on 9 August 2011 as the Company requires time to prepare and release announcement relating to a material transaction.


The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(a) of Practice Note No. 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the Main Market.
