It is not "kacau".
It is because seller willing to buy at 2.95 straight away.

For eg.
You key in 2.94 10 lots
But there is big buyer key in 2.95 10000 lots, then your order will be matched by the trading system at 2.95.

For penny stock, I believe the limit of movement is 30 cents instead of 30%, if not mistaken.

As you can't set a limit of 30% on a share that only a few cents, it doesn't make sense.
