i'm trying to get financing on a 80k house (flat)

the lowest islamic financing i can find is al rajhi

BFR -1.70%
without Free Moving Cost

roughly 5.05%

anyone knows any better rates?

i looked at standard chartered, they
do offer better rates buts its for their non-islamic package
and the rates on their islamic package is slightly higher than al-rajhi's rate
