Engine performance on Proton, let me see... Cant.. There is no Upgarde for Engine Performance.. Malaysia Engine never have Performance Engine...
u need to Change Engine to get Performance... 1.3 to 1.6 ? no any different... if 1.3 to 2.0 haaaa that a class one... oh i get it... dont have 2.0 Engine on Proton huh ?

proton never have high power engine because of road tax and affordability of customer
the higher the liter...the more expensive the road tax mah
if proton have a 3 liter engine...who would buy?...the car here is expensive enough thn still wanna pay expensive road tax that doesn't worth it?

A very funny and typical mindset le, when P1 produce own engine sure got ppl say not powerful la, no pickup, cannot mod, cannot turbo and bla bla black sheep,

BUT, when P1 use other maker engine then ppl say not creative, just copycat, P1 lazy and bla bla black sheep again ...

While the main concern of P1 is to produce an engine that can bring you from A to B and not a Racing engine. So what if there is no performance part for it, it was never meant for that in the first place. Get a Neo CPS instead if want sporty and racer natured.

yus, Malaysia do have performance engine..
