er..if IINM, just look at the top of the cap of the marker
if it writes 水性, that means that it is water based. simple! wink.gif

if it is 油性,that means that it is oil based.

dunno whether this question has been asked before, but is it okay to spray topcoat on top of a model kit when there are stickers and decals on it?

sry if i ask at the wrong place/this question has been asked before. notworthy.gif
