i got a noob question here, if i use Mr.Surfacer paint my model(without airbrush my model), will the surface look different?

another question is if i use the Topcoat flat-type, will the model surface look different??

rayloke, some thing like this...is he just use topcoat to done that only?? how about Mr.surface??

thanks to rayloke and erh_teo, i understand what the explanation haha, just dun hv money for airbrush to make a flat matt surface look...i dun like shinny @ gloss surface.
