Does the Proton still come out with Proton Perdana? Will it have discount become RM70k? If got, will you all buy 70k perdana instead of Waja?
*
Dont know, but everyday I saw many new perdana on the road. I think it will be impossible to get new perdana at rm70k. 2 years ago, the biggest discount ever is rm21k = rm80k.hehe brows.gif . But if rm70k, i will still get waja becoz already have perdana laugh.gif

QUOTE(sphiroth @ May 27 2008, 01:10 PM)
As petrol price increase, and gomen already considering cars with higher CC will get no subsidy... I think 1.6 car is enough.  laugh.gif
*
Yala, enough already nod.gif

QUOTE(gogo2 @ May 27 2008, 01:13 PM)
but the Proton Perdana design, although so old, it look delicious to me. tongue.gif
*
Yup, I like its design, the alfadana one..not the original one. whistling.gif

QUOTE(futobuta @ May 27 2008, 01:15 PM)
Yeah lor... with everyone in this forum keep on harping on FC, FC, FC....
until i'm feeling really anxious to calculate how 'economical' my Waja
is....... Does it really drink less fuel later on? Already my 3rd week
using the car n I've still not reached the 400km mark yet. Hehehe. tongue.gif
*
haha..good for you

QUOTE(ron4 @ May 27 2008, 01:35 PM)
Can anyone here please show me the picture of Waja Metal Gray color
*

QUOTE(babylabbit @ May 27 2008, 02:13 PM)
if u still wanna up abit but dont want pay money tongue.gif

then use screw driver..open front bonet..go throttle body somewhere around there use it adjust manually tongue.gif

but for me 600rpm is just nice save petrol as well as no vibrate so it acceptable for me smile.gif

Perdana drop till wat price also must think 100X smile.gif coz petrol confirm naik tongue.gif n it a V6 tongue.gif very heavy super drink town drive...
Parts also V6.... everything bigger..so every bill will be slightly more expensive....n some will be super expensive....

perdana famous for auto gearbox jam after few years smile.gif
*
Currently, my waja and perdana FC is almost the same shakehead.gif But for comfort and elegance, my bet is on perdana thumbup.gif

guys,
How hard the ride if I change to R3 spring? just for comparison, waja with r3 spring and 325 sport. which car spring is harder? today, i've the oppurtunity to ride in my friend beemer, just as a rear passenger, I found it to hard, not so comfortable. So, if waja with r3 spring, is it as hard as the beemer? icon_question.gif

ps: I really admire the beemer nvh, and its engine, very powerful drool.gif

Thats make sense. But I think adding an undercarriage bar will have more significant effect in reducing chassis flex, and it will also protect your oil sump. My friend's Waja Campro oil sump cracked after hitting a bump.
*
What Is oil sump? I've also heard that older gen2(early batch) got this problem where proton rectified it by relocating the oil sump. btw, the latest waja also got this problem? need to move it?

The part at the bottom of the engine, some kind of white alloy containers. Mechanics will open the nut there to drain your engine oil.

In the previous Waja Campro, the oil sump nut is located in the front part, thus easier to cracked when hitting a bump. This nut has been relocated in the CPS version, but donno relocated to where...  laugh.gif
*
When I send my car for service, the mech jack up my car. I saw him open something (maybe at the bottom of engine part) and then oil came out. I assume the thing is the oil sump unsure.gif

for cps, any possiibilities to have a cracked oil sump? hmm.gif

But you need to have airbag controller + sensor for it to works. If not, the airbags is worthless.  laugh.gif
Momo is expensive. Better get it wrapped with leather. Got nice feeling when holding it.

Does anyone notice that CPS Waja got smaller steering than older Waja. My friend (he has 4G18 Waja) drove my car and says my steering is smaller, sportier.  whistling.gif
*
Is it true that cps have smaller steering that old waja? unsure.gif

Use the signal stick as your reference. Can see that CPS one is smaller.

Maybe cps was smaller becoz of the lighting? the campro picture is darker.

I got extra money to burn, better get a 16" rims. Reason: more balance looking for the bulky Waja.  icon_rolleyes.gif

But based on the car pic you post, your ride seems to be quite low? Does it affect when passing a bump? blink.gif

Made from PU. Thus it quite flexible. You can use screw, rivet, silicon to attach it. Protect bumper against scratches can larrr.  laugh.gif

Scratch only aaa? I thougth can stand "againts" a crash. tongue.gif hehe...just kidding laugh.gif

U facing any problem with the fuel meter?
*
Not a problem, just fuel pointer doesn't seem to be at the exact position. For example pointer at E already but when fill up, manages to fill up to 45 litre. So, just wondering, whether this "thing" can be....you get my point icon_rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(zenwarlord @ Aug 20 2008, 10:12 AM)
u can try to pull out the fuel meter pointer and get urself a full tank.  Switch on your ignition and let it there for a while (let it up to the max) and put the pointer back at the "F". Hopefully this able helps your problem.

Else you need to check your fuel float, hopefully nothing wrong with that.
Err, I dont understand la, zenwarlord tongue.gif sweat.gif
