it will void your alarm system warranty. and furthermore, if any electronic stuff that will affect your ECU, and anything happen to it, it will also void the warranty for it. Anything that you do outside from the service center, they will claim your warranty as void dy... hehe

about your immobilizer, i'm not sure but it depends on what you are trying to touch on it...
