today i went to PWTC property exhibition... one of the developers there offer taman putra prima corner house freehold and completed (with CF) with very attractive pricing... the developer said that the land used to for plantation previously, the land should solid enough... but the problem is the there have abandoned lake around taman putra prima and the land beside taman putra prima are leasehold according to developer... any comments on puchong's land? i dont have any experience on the land quality... today i read Sin Chew newspaper, the newly built house's land filled by rubbish... =="

Refer to MPSJ town and planning to find out what's planned I doubt the the area is abandoned... most of the land is Puchong has already been snapped up
