Hi prof and all,

I've problem surfing to www.tunemoney.com since 15 May until now.
My system run:
XP Pro SP3 with latest update
AVG Anti-Virus 8 (latest)
Spy Sweeper (latest)
Zone Alarm Pro (latest) all with valid licenses
IE7, Firefox and Opera (latest)
Latest Java
Streamyx 1mb

Even i uninstall AVG, Spy Sweeper and Zone Alarm (one by one) and tried to load the web site with each of the browser but still failed.

Last night I format my system and installed fresh without AVG, Spy Sweeper and Zone Alarm also failed and install AVG, Spy Sweeper and Zone Alarm (one by one) but still don't work, I tried with other computer belong to my kids also don't work.

But the funny is that I can surf to my bank web site , payment processors like E-Gold, AlertPay, PayPal and etc.. web site without any problem at all.

Help and idea need to solve my problem. cry.gif icon_question.gif

i support this happend sometime because of the DNS system.
i hope you set the streamyx based DNS system correct then, else it will not allow you to open most of the websites.

DNS should be set to this.

202.188.0.133
202.188.1.5

Hopes it helps.

Maybe your router has block this site since all the PC(s) within the network can't access this website.

If you capable to configurate the router and you still having your Streamxy username and password. You can reset your router and re-enter your Streamyx username and password into it (remember to save the setting).

It should solve your problem.

Yes, I can load in to the web site but I can't login to my account, tunemoney used SSL security web site.
CODE
HTTP ERROR: 404 Invalid+path+%2Fjsps%2Fcommon%2Fjavascript%3AsubmitWithContext%28%27showLogin+was+requested

Why I need to used anonymous IP to surf tunemoney? maybe my surf IP from Streamyx is not Malaysia IP or they need foreigner IP.

Thank for getting some clue.

clear up the cookies and browsing history.
install the latest JAVA version from www.java.com, restart your system.

if you are on ie7, go to internet properties>advanced - scroll down to security option - check the ssl box or whichever
you deem appropriate. not sure if tunemoney use ssl2 or ssl3, checked both.

I can load to tunemoney web site with Anonymous IP but not with normal loading. I showed screen shot which I snap when load with normal loading.

Did I need to use Anonymous IP to load tunemoney? as like this web site www.megaproxy.com but need to pay 9.95US for 3 months just to surf tunemoney web site? As what megaproxy said I can login to SSL web site as tunemoney used.
