is there a simple formula how to calculate how much i need to pay lawyers?
is it based on the loan amount
or the purchase price?

for example
i'm buying a 80k house
with 90% loan,
there is the Free Moving Cost package
and the Non Free Moving Cost package

i have two lawyer fee to pay if i choose non free moving cost, right?
1. pay to buy the house
2. pay for the loan agreement

should 4k cover both?

any lawyers care to answer?
