Try to download the latest driver from x7.com website. If you set the polling rate / report rate 500Hz (2ms) & above, the mouse cursor will run really smooth & more accurate. thus you feel the movement is slow than normal mouse. This is common for all professional Gaming mouse in the market. If you feel your X7 mouse have problem, please Bring Your mouse with Purchase Receipt (If still under warranty) to A4Tech 30 mins Service Center at Plaza Low Yat.
