I just receive some promotion from my Credit Card company, it has a reply paid letter inside for sending back some form to them, question is can i mail them back a parcel ? eg: sticking the thing onto a small parcel

use it like a stamp? prolly not...<shrugs>

if some pieces of paper INSIDE the sealed paid letter, maybe can, but not too thick.
