Pioneer hands down. I may be a fanboi, but I don't fancy any product from Kenwood.

Sorry it's not very constructive but I believe Pioneer has better techs and quality.

Sorry, but from what I understand, 24bit DAC only works if you have a 24bit CD in there.

Kenwood Of Course! haha.. i am a kenwood 5039U user and till now i have no complains about it.. it comes with bluetooth ready but the bluetooth reciever based on a few research is about RM 700 so i guess its better to buy a bluetooth headset.. but if u want to 'yeng' then go for it. hehehe..

tried sony, kenwood and pioneer. So far the best is Pioneer while the worst was Sony doh.gif

Sony can't even play pirated jack sparrow CDs while Pioneer doesn't give any problem at all. Besides, Sony player very sensitive; head over a few bumps and the song got disrupted. While Kenwood reception is better than Pioneer, it also faces a bit problem with CD playback.

So I voted for Pioneer. laugh.gif

PS: Sorry I forgot all the type/series of the player. doh.gif blush.gif

I think ATT button is on the remote... anyways Pioneer has better ommmph sound but perhaps that depends on the speakers,,

dont go for the 3000 series pioneer.. seems the built quality a bit flimsy with flat buttons.

I heard that Kenwood HU with USB and also read from Notebook HDD drool.gif

I'm a user of kenwood 5039 too! lol. I believe 4050 pioneer has 3 RCA Outputs while 5039 has only two. Well, depends on how you wanna place your setup..it makes a big difference. For me, 2 RCAs are enough. In terms of sound, i don't think there's much a difference between 4050 and 3050..but if you could go up to 6050..it would be a big difference in sound production
