hi,regarding ur question...to be freak we all noe that most of the game shop(even those in KL) doesnt give free warranty claim for items like PS3 which is not even launch in M'sia...
be note that they'll tell u one year warranty for free service charge(NOT FREE WARRANTY CLAIM)...so basically it means that the only free thing they'll cover is their service charge..which doesnt include any POSTAGE for warranty claim.
so,the same things goes to here...u can send the console back to our agent but we will not cover the postage fee to send back to our supplier in KL...our vaild warranty for lets say a JP set PS3 covers everything from KL - Japan for warranty claim...so anything be4 the console reaches KL such as postage n etc will be charge accordingly...of course you're more then welcome to personally send the console back to our supplier in KL if u happen that wanna go for a holiday in KL at the same time,since Melacca is not that far from KL...then for that we'll not charge anything at all.
to be honest,it's a lot better then most of the PS3 buyers who will have to hussle all the way down to S'pore if they're buying a SG set PS3...bcaz like i said,shop sellers will not cover postage warranty for free for a PS3 for most of the cases...unless mayb ur console spoil on the spot rite after u purchase it,then that might be a different story.
