fresh graduates in INTEL are all getting standard pay. RM 3000 for non 1st class and RM 3200 for 1st class.

Joining INTEL as FRESH do get RM 5000 ( no bonds and whatsoever )

Plenty of other benefits such as 13.5 month salary , Optical Allowances , UNIFI allowances at your own home , home and car loan subsidy. In terms of overall remuneration, its like the Top Package in Penang for fresh . Correct me if I am wrong .

Grade 10 (Principal engineer / Director): 5 figures

One question, what is the grade level for group leader position in Intel? Is it 7?

On another note, Intel just offered me RM5k for grade 5 position. I have 5 yrs experience by the way. Is the grade level typical for this experience?
