Hi just wondering what is the pay raise here like in Intel?
Heard other companies in KL doing 5% yearly...

Average is about 4%

last yrs no increment and cut salary too.

that salary cut was restored in Sept/Oct? No?
But yesterday's night Patt macam mentioned Intel finally breakeven for Q3 2023.

So hopefully is just good news after so many CPM uncertainties.

Where you guys can lompat outside of Intel?

Joining intel, everything seems like a niche market, and everything so locked down.

4% is on the low side if you're not really performing up to expectations but not enough to be given 0%.

Depends how you get rejected.
They give you a link, when you clicked enter, and tell you straight in your face, you're not eligible.

Otherwise, you applied all the way through and get filtered by some HR I guess...?

I did not apply since I just 2.5 years working in Intel. (1.5 years in PSG)...
If I go, package doesn't sounds too good. Despite getting 2-3 months salary
But unable to be in Intel for a year.

So far I like the company. Just abit tiring with the VSSs/CPMs happening throughout 2022/23...
If I get CPM/VSS not sure where I'll be next

Since I feel everything now I do is just half-bucket of water.

Come to my company, maybe can get 20-30% jump
