Beware of the next few months ahead. Sell when rally; NYSE short interest is VERY VERY HIGH in May. The US house loans default is rapidly increasing; not to mention the credit swap pending crisis. Global credit meltdown very very soon!! Added on June 6, 2008, 3:50 pm erm... might want to tone it down a bit since nowadays people care more about what happens in Malaysia rather than USA... |

QUOTE(AdamG1981 @ Jun 6 2008, 04:03 PM) How is USA credit meltdown not related to Malaysia? These days with petrol so high, many Malaysians would use credit card to pay; with more and more debt and the ability to pay decreases, how can you not say it is not related? lol, I didnt say it's not related, just that Malaysia Mkt cared more about problems at home. |

QUOTE(kinwawa @ Jun 6 2008, 04:20 PM) btw...wat has petrol increase got to do with credit card payment ar?? i still use credit card to pay all my petrol wor...be it RM1/litre, RM2/litre or RM10/litre....... Then you are considered a "deadbeat" by banks because they cant earn their 24% i check my petrol usage every week one thru online cc statement.....wat's there to be scared of??? i never owed CC any money before...always pay on time p.s. I am also one of the "deadbeat" |

QUOTE(verbatim @ Jun 6 2008, 05:07 PM) I thought its only 18% interest per annum... got 24% meh?? Different Bank different rates I think ...even got 12% also (short term promotion rate only), anyways I only know they charge slightly below Ah Long rates Anyway, we also heard that due to the rise in spending on petrol using credit card, the petrol station owners say that they will now have to pay more fee to the banks for credit crad transactions. its said to be 1% of every transaction using credit card.. thats why they bising bising... Petrol station only earns about 3% gross profit , if 1/3 profit needs to pay banks ofcourse complain lah |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jun 13 2008, 04:19 PM) Even its volume is 300K, but it calculated the amount of money, it is Rm 300K nia. So nothing to be "wow' about actually. 1K lot of Genting volume already worth more than the its total volume already. Yes, I was being sacarstic. In any case seems a good waste of money even for a cheap Call warrants as the exercise price is RM13.82.
