What is going to happen to the official interest rate? Will it go up?

Beware of the next few months ahead. Sell when rally; NYSE short interest is VERY VERY HIGH in May. The US house loans default is rapidly increasing; not to mention the credit swap pending crisis.

Global credit meltdown very very soon!!

Sold my MK Land at 33.5 Made losses.. The reason? Ia m slowing getting out of the market and wait for september's happening. From now to september gonna be very choppy.. inflation rise and chaos here and there plus political instability (anwar factor) are the reason why I am gonna do this..

No worries my friend. Up and down is part of the market. I am losing on my short position so far. As long as you win big, lose small, you will always come out on top of the market.
*
Honestly, I have gone through a mad period since march... losses were so much and now paper losses are still there.. no eyes to see leh.. but then i am taking it in my stride and will reposition myself. I have lost confidence in this present govt's policies and i am sure our mart will only move on a downward bias (something like before GE 2008). Thanx for your words. appreciate such a camaderie between all of us here. smile.gif

Then you are considered a "deadbeat" by banks because they cant earn their 24%  rclxub.gif  interest from u.

p.s. I am also one of the "deadbeat"  laugh.gif
*
I thought its only 18% interest per annum... got 24% meh??

Anyway, we also heard that due to the rise in spending on petrol using credit card, the petrol station owners say that they will now have to pay more fee to the banks for credit crad transactions. its said to be 1% of every transaction using credit card.. thats why they bising bising...

Whats the different between IOIcorp CF,CG,CH ? I noticed that the CH still have 160+ days before expired, is it wise to buy some now ?

Before buying these call warrants, check on the exercise ratio and exercise price.. Do not simply buy these instruments as it will be dangerous and may leave u with no clothes... biggrin.gif
