p/s: I'm a realistic person so my post may not be the best news to your ears but nevertheless, know that I do not mean any harm and just want to highlight to you some of the important points into this new world of commitment and responsibility.
If you're all ready and good to go, we hope to see some latest Scubby picture soon! I know it'll rock your world!
Added on October 22, 2008, 1:52 pmMalaysia westies are different from those in Scotland. I really have no idea why but even larryho posted the same thing and is intending to buy back from Scotland. I am also tempted to get my best friend's bro to buy one but then, I think our climate plays a part as well and time, commitment, money... cannot tahan la. 3 is enough for me.
I've called them before and without the master groomer, I doubt I will ever send my dog there. So far, I'm still very satisfied with Seapark Pet Supplies. ihawk98 and myself go there and maybe 6 months from now you should too. Your puppy will be the main attraction during the festive season when friends come to visit. Not sure if you're chinese but since it's just a pup, your pup probably wont be needing grooming till past CNY 2009.
owning a westie is a lot of responsibilities. researching on him already give me headache hehe. but for all things beautiful, comes price, time, commitment and huge responsibilities. we are aware, but until we really hands-on, we can only guess. wish us luck!
i do think our weather here will cause some difference from those overseas. their weather is very different. just like chinese look angmoh in overseas. oh yes, we are chinese

a friend visited paris recently and took this photo for me. isn't he beautiful? can we achieve this look and fur quality here? [attachmentid=639051]

Ah... I see, nice to live-chat with Jac.
Anyway, I do not know much about dogs until 2 years back. I learnt the importance of being the first to choose. A litter of dogs delivered, each of them will be unique and have different temperament. If you feel this is fated to be your dog, quickly go pick him up this Sat and remember to post lots of picture lor, or else we might not be able to forgive you... Hahahahaha...
I am not really qualified to teach you how to know the dog is the best but this is like common practise even among breeders. Usually, people will go for the most naughty / active one. Not the most low confident / self overprotective one.
Just something to share if you dont already know:
For example, if I have a female westie and you have a male. We arrange for a stud service and the dam deliver say, 5 pups. The owner of the sire will get to choose first (which is the best la) one pup and leave the remaining with the dam who went through the delivery and this of course involves risk of dying, etc. This is why ppl always choose first.
we also wish we can choose first. but we were the last buyer, so not much choice lo. either way, i hope scubby will be a good boy.
when he is old enough, we can have a small gathering and share notes
