1) booking receipt
2) photocopy I/c front and back (double cross it and name it : FOR xxxx use only, for eg: "FOR OCBC USE ONLY" 
3) payslip (at least 3 months)
4) bank statement (with the latest 3 months' statement-must be the payroll account)
5) KWSP printed from kiosk or kwsp counter (supporting Document)
6) EA form (supporting Document)
7) other proof of income (if your credit score is not sufficient for loan approval)
8) letter of employment (if work less than 1 year)
9) Certificate of higher education - diploma or degree (if you are applying for graduate home loan)

7) Tax payment receipt/s with acknowledgment stamped by bank together with complete set bank statement to verify tax payment credited to tally "Baki Cukai Kena Dibayar" (supporting Document)
