Hi,
I am looking for loan to finance a property. Property Price : 220K Property Type : landed/Freehold/Not Completed Age : 30 years Old Annual Income: 36k MOF : 90% Tenure : 30 Years Insurance : MRTA attached location : Chemor, Ipoh, Perak Extra info : Looking for Flexi/Semi Flexi/ others... Hope someone can give me some advice on the budget of the loan procedure. Thanks  |

Hi, i get a offer from MBB maxihome OD. Anyone can comment on this? Not quite understand about OD facility for home loan...
I am 1st time buyer, house under construction, margin 90% (196K). Thanks |
